How to Cancel a Booking and Request a Refund

We understand that plans can change. Here's how to cancel a booking and request a refund quickly.

✈️ Flights:

1. Go to My Trips in your Solstice Travel account.
2. Select the trip you wish to cancel.
3. Click Cancel Booking.
4. If eligible, you'll be prompted to request a refund or credit.

🏨 Hotels:

1. Navigate to My Trips and choose your hotel reservation.
2. Click Cancel Reservation.
3. Refunds are processed according to the hotel’s cancellation policy, which will be displayed before you confirm.

💡 Important Notes:

• Airlines and hotels have different refund policies.
• Some bookings may only be eligible for credits or partial refunds.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete.
